With over a decade of experience in hotel management (mainly in France), as well as a lot of first hand experience working in bars and cafes both in the UK and France. Helen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Java Coffee & Cocktail.
Growing up locally Helen understands Cornish culture and the industry inside and out. When this opportunity came up in the heart of Falmouth, knowing what she had to offer she knew she had to seize the opportunity to bring Java to Falmouth.
